BenefitsMoxie, a service of Wide Margin Media LLC, honors the privacy rights available to residents of states with applicable privacy laws. Depending on your state of residence, you may have the right to:

• Know or access the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you, the sources, the purposes for collecting it, and the categories of parties to whom we disclosed it;
• Obtain a portable copy of certain personal information;
• Correct inaccurate personal information we maintain about you;
• Delete personal information we collected from you, subject to legal exceptions; and
• Opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information for targeted advertising (see Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information).

You will not be discriminated against for exercising any of these rights.

Verifying Your Identity

So that we may respond and confirm the information relates to you, we will use the first name, last name, and email address or telephone number you provide to verify your identity. Depending on the nature of your request, we may ask for additional information. We use the information you provide in a request only to verify your identity and process the request. If we cannot reasonably verify your identity, we may decline the request.

Timing

We will confirm receipt of your request and respond within the time required by applicable law — generally within 45 days, with the possibility of an extension where permitted, in which case we will notify you.

Authorized Agents

You may designate an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf where permitted by law, provided the agent has your written permission and we can verify your identity.

Appeals

If we decline your request and you reside in a state that provides an appeal right, you may appeal our decision by emailing [email protected] with the subject line “Privacy Request Appeal.” We will respond to your appeal within the time required by applicable law. If your appeal is denied, you may contact your state Attorney General.
