You are responsible for providing accurate contact information and for promptly updating your email address and other contact details so that we can deliver Records to you. You may update your information or contact us at [email protected].

Requesting Paper Copies and Withdrawing Consent

You may request a paper copy of a Record, or withdraw your consent to receive Records electronically, by contacting us at [email protected]. Withdrawing your consent will not affect the legal validity of Records provided before your withdrawal takes effect. Because our Site and services are provided electronically, withdrawing consent to electronic Records may limit or end your ability to use them.
