Privacy Policy

Last Updated: September 14, 2026

BenefitsMoxie (“BenefitsMoxie,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is a service of Wide Margin Media LLC, a Delaware limited liability company. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through benefitsmoxie.com and any related pages, forms, or services that link to this Policy (together, the “Site”), how we use and disclose that information, and the choices and rights you have. It applies to the information of visitors and registrants and forms part of, and should be read together with, our Terms and Conditions.

By using the Site, submitting information through it, or otherwise engaging with our Site or services, you acknowledge the practices described in this Policy. If you do not agree with it, please do not use the Site.

BenefitsMoxie is an advertising-supported referral and comparison service. We are not a government agency, insurance company, insurance agency, lender, or benefits provider. We do not determine eligibility for, administer, or award any government program or benefit, and we do not issue, underwrite, or sell any insurance or financial product. We help connect interested consumers with third-party offers, advertisers, and marketing partners.

1. Information We Collect

We collect the following categories of information:

Information you provide. When you register or submit a form on the Site, you provide identifying information. Depending on the form, this includes some or all of the following: your first name, last name, email address, telephone number, date of birth, gender (optional), and street/postal address, including city, state, and ZIP code. You may also answer optional questions about the programs or products you are interested in. Those questionnaire responses help us determine which offers may be relevant to you. If you contact us, we also collect the information contained in your message.

Information collected automatically. When you access the Site, we and our technology providers automatically collect certain technical and usage information, which may include your IP address, device and browser type, operating system, referring and exit URLs, pages viewed, the dates and times of your interactions, and similar activity data. We collect this information using cookies, pixels, tags, web beacons, session-replay tools, and comparable technologies, as described in Section 6.

Consent-documentation information. To create and retain a record of the consent and disclosures presented to you, we and our lead-certification and consent-verification providers — which currently include TrustedForm (ActiveProspect) and Jornaya, and may include other comparable providers — capture information about your interaction with our forms, such as the page you completed, the disclosures shown, the date and time of your submission, and a certificate or token evidencing your consent.

Information from third parties. We may receive information about you from marketing partners, list partners, data-verification and data-hygiene providers, and similar sources, and we may combine that information with information we already hold about you.

We treat information that identifies, relates to, describes, or could reasonably be linked to you as “Personal Information.” Information that has been aggregated or de-identified so that it can no longer reasonably be linked to you, and information lawfully available from public government records, is not Personal Information, and we may use it for any purpose permitted by law.

2. Categories of Personal Information

The following describes, by category, the Personal Information we collect, where we obtain it, the purposes for which we use it, and the categories of parties to whom we disclose or “sell”/“share” it (as those terms are defined under applicable state privacy laws). Because our business is advertising-supported referral, you should assume that identifiers and related information you submit are disclosed and sold or shared with Marketing Partners and Advertisers for marketing purposes.

We do not intentionally request Social Security numbers, financial account numbers, precise geolocation, or health or medical information through the Site. If a form asks a question you consider sensitive, you may choose not to answer it.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to: operate, maintain, and improve the Site; register you and respond to your requests; determine and present offers, advertisements, and marketing communications that may be relevant to you; pre-populate offer forms for your convenience; contact you by email, telephone, and text message for marketing and operational purposes, subject to Section 5; create and retain records of your consent; verify, correct, and enhance the data we hold; measure the performance of, and amounts owed in connection with, advertising campaigns; detect, investigate, and prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents; comply with law and enforce our agreements; and for other purposes disclosed to you or to which you consent.

4. How We Disclose Your Information

We disclose the categories of Personal Information described above to the following categories of recipients:

Marketing Partners and Advertisers. We share your information with third-party marketing partners and advertisers who may contact you by email, telephone, text message, postal mail, or other lawful means to present offers and advertisements. A current list of our Marketing Partners is available on our Marketing Partners page, which we update from time to time. When you register, answer a question, or request information about an offer, you authorize us to share the registration information you provided with the Marketing Partner or Advertiser associated with that offer so that they may contact you and present it, and we may pre-populate their forms with that information without asking you to re-enter it.

Service Providers. We disclose information to vendors that perform services for us, such as hosting, analytics, email and messaging delivery, data hygiene and verification, suppression, consent documentation, customer support, and security.

Corporate affiliates. We may disclose information to entities under common ownership or control with Wide Margin Media LLC.

Business transfers. If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, sale of assets, or bankruptcy, information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

Legal and protective purposes. We may disclose information to comply with law, legal process, or governmental requests; to enforce our agreements; and where we believe disclosure is necessary to detect or prevent fraud or illegal activity, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of any person.

Aggregated or de-identified information. We may share aggregated or de-identified information for any purpose.

Some recipients may be located outside your state or outside the United States.

When you submit your information through the Site and agree to the applicable consent disclosures, you provide your prior express written consent for BenefitsMoxie, our Marketing Partners, and parties acting on their behalf to contact you at the telephone number and email address you provide — including for marketing purposes and including by automatic telephone dialing systems, prerecorded or artificial voice, artificial intelligence technology, and text (SMS/MMS) message — until you revoke that consent. This consent is not a condition of any purchase. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies.

You may withdraw your consent and opt out of these communications at any time: - Text messages: reply STOP to any message, or follow the opt-out instructions in the message. - Email: use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email, or visit our Unsubscribe page. - Telephone calls: tell the caller you no longer wish to be contacted.

Because your information may be shared with multiple Marketing Partners, opting out of communications from BenefitsMoxie does not automatically opt you out of communications from a Marketing Partner or Advertiser that separately received your information; you may need to opt out with each of them directly. It may take a reasonable period to process an opt-out request.

6. Cookies, Tracking, and Global Privacy Control

We and our providers use cookies, pixels, web beacons, tags, session-replay tools, and similar technologies to operate and secure the Site, recognize returning visitors, analyze usage and performance, document consent, and support advertising, including interest-based advertising delivered by us and third parties. You can manage cookies through your browser settings, though disabling them may affect how the Site functions.

Where required by applicable law, we treat a recognized browser- or device-based opt-out preference signal, such as Global Privacy Control (GPC), as a valid request to opt out of the sale or sharing of Personal Information for that browser or device.

7. Your Privacy Rights and Choices

Depending on your state of residence, you may have some or all of the following rights regarding your Personal Information: - to know or access the categories and specific pieces of Personal Information we have collected, the sources, the purposes, and the categories of recipients; - to obtain a portable copy of certain Personal Information; - to correct inaccurate Personal Information; - to delete Personal Information we have collected from you, subject to legal exceptions; - to opt out of the sale or sharing of your Personal Information, and of targeted or cross-context behavioral advertising; - to opt out of certain profiling; - to limit the use of sensitive Personal Information, where applicable; and - to not receive discriminatory treatment for exercising your rights.

How to exercise your rights. You may submit a request through our Privacy Rights Request page, use our “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” page to opt out of sale or sharing, or contact us using the details in Section 12. To opt out of communications, use the methods in Section 5.

Verification. So that we may respond, we will ask you to provide, at minimum, your first name, last name, and email address or telephone number so we can verify your identity and locate your information. We use the information you provide in a request only to process that request. We may decline a request we cannot reasonably verify.

Authorized agents. You may use an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf where permitted by law, provided the agent has your written permission and we can verify your identity.

Appeals. If we decline your request and you are a resident of a state that provides an appeal right, you may appeal our decision by contacting us at the address in Section 12; we will respond within the time required by applicable law.

California. California residents have the rights described above under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended. We disclose and sell or share the categories of Personal Information identified in Section 2. We do not knowingly sell or share the Personal Information of consumers we know to be under 16 years of age. California residents may also designate an authorized agent and are entitled to non-discrimination for exercising their rights.

Nevada. Nevada residents may submit a request directing us not to make certain sales of covered information by contacting us using the details in Section 12.

Other states. Residents of other states with comprehensive privacy laws may exercise the rights those laws provide, to the extent applicable to us, using the same methods described above.

8. Data Retention

We retain Personal Information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy — including providing our services, documenting consent, maintaining records, complying with legal obligations, resolving disputes, and enforcing our agreements — and then delete or de-identify it, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law.

9. Security

We use commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect Personal Information, taking into account its nature and the risks involved. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee the security of your information.

10. Children’s Privacy

The Site is intended for adults 18 and older. We do not direct the Site to, or knowingly collect Personal Information from, anyone under 18. If we learn that we have collected Personal Information from a person under 16 without required consent, we will delete it.

11. Third-Party Sites and Services

The Site may link to, or transfer you to, websites, offers, and services operated by third parties, including Advertisers and Marketing Partners. We do not control and are not responsible for their privacy practices or content. When you leave the Site or provide information to a third party, that third party’s own privacy policy governs. We encourage you to review it before providing your information.

12. Contact Us and Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. Changes become effective when posted, and the “Last Updated” date above reflects the most recent revision. If we make material changes, we will provide any notice required by law.
