Because we operate an advertising-supported service, we disclose personal information to marketing partners and advertisers, and some of that disclosure is considered a “sale” or “sharing” of personal information for targeted or cross-context behavioral advertising under the California Consumer Privacy Act (as amended) and other state privacy laws.

If you are a resident of a state that provides this right, you may direct us to stop selling or sharing your personal information. Submitting a request will not by itself stop you from receiving communications you have separately consented to receive, and it may not stop communications from a partner that already received your information — see the note at the end of this page.

Opt Out by Browser Signal (Global Privacy Control)

Where required by law, we treat a recognized browser- or device-based opt-out preference signal, such as Global Privacy Control (GPC), as a valid request to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information for that browser or device. You can enable GPC through a supported browser or extension.

The form collects the following, so that we can locate your information and act on your request:

• Last name
• Email address
• Telephone number
• State of residence
• ZIP code
• (Optional) Any additional information that will help us process your request

After you submit, we will confirm receipt and process your request within the time required by applicable law. We use the information you provide only to verify your identity and process this request.

Authorized Agents

You may use an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf where permitted by law, provided the agent has your written permission and we can verify your identity.

Please Note

Opting out of the sale or sharing of your personal information is different from opting out of marketing calls, texts, or emails. To stop those communications, reply STOP to any text, use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email, or see the “Marketing Communications and Your Consent” section of our Privacy Policy. Because your information may have been shared with more than one marketing partner, you may need to contact each partner directly to opt out of their communications. There may also be circumstances in which we are permitted to continue certain sharing as allowed by law.
